2. Domain Listings
All domain names listed on our marketplace are owned by Blessings USA, LLC or affiliated sellers. Prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or update listings at any time without prior notice.
- Listings are subject to availability and may be sold or removed without notice
- Prices are negotiable unless explicitly marked as "Firm Price"
- All domains are sold as-is with no implied warranties beyond clear title
3. Purchases & Payments
All transactions are processed through ZCC.net, our secure payment and escrow partner. By initiating a purchase, you authorize us to process payment via your selected method.
- Payment methods accepted: Wire transfer, Credit card, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC)
- Funds are held in escrow until domain transfer is confirmed complete
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or transfer fees
- Invoices are provided upon request for all transactions
4. Domain Transfer Process
Upon confirmed payment, we initiate the domain transfer to your designated registrar within 24 business hours. Transfer times vary by registrar and typically complete within 1–3 business days.
- You must provide accurate registrar account details for push transfers
- Auth/EPP codes are provided same-day for pull transfers
- We are not responsible for delays caused by registrar policies or buyer-side issues
5. Refund Policy
Domain name sales are generally final once the transfer is initiated. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- The domain cannot be transferred due to a technical issue on our end
- The domain was misrepresented in the listing (e.g., wrong ownership, restrictions not disclosed)
- Transfer fails after 7 business days due to our inability to deliver
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
- Automated scraping, botting, or data harvesting without written consent
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the site or backend systems
- Using our platform to facilitate fraudulent transactions
- Reselling acquired domains through our platform without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
The Blessings name, logo, and website content are the intellectual property of Blessings USA, LLC. Domain names sold through our platform are transferred with all associated rights, but we make no claims regarding trademark conflicts or existing third-party usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blessings USA, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or purchase of domains. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific domain transaction in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
